Dan Birchman received the degree of "Master of Business Administration" (MBA) in 1986 from the University of Texas at Austin. His areas of specialization, Real Estate & Small Business; his thesis was entitled "Contemporary Appraisal Theory for Residential Real Estate". Dan received a "Bachelor of Science" (BS) degree from Texas A&M in 1980; areas of study, Physical & Behavioral Sciences. Dan is a "Texas State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser" (the highest lic & cert granted by the State of Texas); as well as, a "Texas State Licensed Real Estate Broker". Through acheived education, testing, & experience, Dan has earned the following professional designations: SRA designation, the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (1986); SRA designation, the Appraisal Institute (1989); CEBA designation, the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (2002); ABR designation, the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (1996); GRI designation, the Texas Association of Realtors (1996).
