We have over 20 years of experience providing Relocation (ERC) Appraisal Services for the Austin Metro Area.

All Relocation Appraisals are accomplished by our most senior and experienced Appraiser, Dan Birchman, MBA SRA. Dan Birchman is an active member of the Employee Relocation Council, and has completed over 1,000 Relocation Assignments within the Austin Metro Area.

All Relocation Appraisals are accomplished according to current ERC guidelines and utilizing the most current ERC report forms.
